Our Approach

Our coaching is grounded in reliable, valid, research-based assessments—never a one-size-fits-all formula. We review those results with you and translate them into an in-depth, individualized coaching program and a strategic action plan that moves you steadily toward your vocational goals. Sessions are available in person in Saratoga Springs or virtually, whichever suits your life.

Who We Work With

Whether you are a young adult exploring possibilities, a student selecting a college major, a professional considering a mid-life transition, or someone seeking renewed purpose in a current role or retirement, our coaching meets you where you are. We partner with individuals at every stage who want deeper self-awareness and a clear, purposeful direction for the road ahead.
